Pernia's Pop-Up Shop to bring Dolly J to London, UK

Luxury Indian fashion retailer Pernia's Pop-Up Shop will bring women’s occasion wear specialist Dolly J to London, UK. The event will run from April 29 to 30 and will include a meet and greet and exclusive bridal wear launch.

“Get to meet celebrated designer Dolly J in London, and get your hands on her exquisite creations,” announced Pernia's Pop-Up Shop on Facebook on April 24. The showcase will take place at Pernia's Pop-Up Shop’s showroom on Grosvenor Street in London’s Mayfair. 

Dolly J will launch a range of opulent bridal lehengas at the event for the UK’s summer wedding season. Dolly J is known for its classic take on bridal beauty with heavily embellished sets in classic hues of red, pink, and champagne. The pop-up event will give London-based shoppers the chance to get personalised feedback from the designer herself on styling tips and choosing the right bridal ensemble. 

Pernia Qureshi founded Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop and the business was later acquired by Purple Style LabsPrivate Limited in 2019. The business runs a number of brick-and-mortar boutiques in Indian metros as well as London and also retails from its e-commerce store. Last year, the brand opened its first store dedicated to menswear.
