JENNIE KIM MAKES THE CASE FOR THE LITTLE LILAC DRESS
Jennie Kim of Blackpink celebrated the launch of her capsule collection with Calvin Klein in Seoul this week — wearing one of her designs, of course. She posed for photographers in a head-to-toe lilac look, the main attracting being the Knit Mini Dress from her collaboration with the brand. (Of course, the piece, which retails for $140, sold out immediately in Jennie's preferred purple, but it's still available in black and cream.) She paired it with matching platform heels, and tiny lilac bows adorning a single braid in her long hair, which she wore down.
Jennie wasn't the only star in attendance: The event saw many notable guests, such as fellow Calvin Klein brand ambassador Jung Kook of BTS, Deb Never, Tavia Bonetti and Irene Kim.
Inspired by the idol's casual wardrobe, the Jennie for Calvin Klein collection includes denim sets, sweatsuits, ribbed tank tops and logo tees, plus much more. If you happen to be in Seoul, the brand is hosting a pop-up for the collaboration at 20 Yeonmujang 5-gil, Seongdong-gu, from May 11 to 17, from 11 a.m. KST to 8 p.m KST.
