Ana de Armas Proved Purple Makeup Is Making a Comeback

Ana de Armas has us all in a lavender haze. The actress showed up to the premiere of her new movie Ghosted in New York City rocking a purple-toned makeup look, and it's honestly the perfect spring makeup. 

"We took a twist on 'natural makeup' and played against Ana's beautiful green eyes by applying a wash of light purple on her eyelids, paired with a rosebud soft matte color on her lips," says Mélanie Inglessis, de Armas' makeup artist. "The overall look is soft, feminine, and flirty."

If this drool-worthy look is any indication, purple makeup will reign supreme this spring. And a look like de Armas' is the perfect way to dip your toe into the rich color as it's subtle enough to be wearable, no matter the situation.
